问题描述：
在pycharm上安装第三方库numpy等python库出现Try to run this command from the system terminal. Make sure that you use the correct version of ‘pip’ installed for your Python interpreter located at ‘D:python.exe’.错误
解决方案：
在pycharm上把Python解释器的位置选为anaconda3下的python版本。
比如：我的pycharm软件上的Python解释器为python3.8，但是anaconda3的python版本是3.7，因此将python解释器为python3.7
在pycharm上怎么改变python解释器：
1、 通过File->Settings->project->project interpreter查看python解释器，此时为python3.8
2、将python3.8的python.exe的位置改变成python3.7的python.exe的位置
3.点击ok后就成功了
